Centrifugal Casting is a process that produces castings of very good mechanical properties. In the centrifugal casting process, molten metal is poured into a spinning mould/die. The mould / die can be spinning either on a vertical or horizontal axis depending on the shape of the desired part. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with CNC Turning/ VMC Milling machines and Special Purpose Machines, experienced & trained personnel. Due to the Centrifugal forces applied to the molten metal in the spinning die, impurities segregate towards the Inner Diameter which can be easily removed by machining. Also solidification takes place from the Outer Diameter to the Inner Diameter, this avoids any shrinkages, giving a defect-free casting without cavities or gas pockets.
