Packings & Jointings Gaskets Private Limited (PJGPL) has been manufacturing CNC Machined Components /Precision Machined Components for over 20 years to major OEMs in Oil & Gas, Valves and Wellhead, Pumps, Wind Energy, Construction Equipment and other engineering sectors. We have a comprehensive network of approved suppliers for special processes including laser cutting, water jet cutting, anodizing, powder coating, plating, passivation, nitriding, heat treatment and vacuum heat treatment.

Heat Treatment
To meet Customer specifications, we supply components with proper Heat Treatment.
Our plant is equipped with Heat Treatment furnaces with a capacity upto 1200 Kgs and a maximum temperature of 1200 C. All our temperature controllers, recorders, thermo- couples are calibrated once in every 3 months and the furnaces are calibrated once a year as per Annexure M (API Standards).
We do Solution Annealing, Tempering, Hardening and other types of Heat Treatment.
PJGPL works to customer drawing and specification requirements to develop the processes necessary to produce complete parts from a variety of material grades.
Grades of Materials
We manufacture valve components / valve trim parts in Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel(SS304, SS316, SS321, SS347, etc.), Alloy 20, Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel (17-4pH), Duplex 2205(F51), Super Duplex 2507(F53), Inconel 625 and Inconel 825, Alloy 254(F44), Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Aluminium Bronze, Nickel Aluminium Bronze, Nickel and Nickel alloys, Aluminium Bronze, Copper and Copper alloys, etc. We manufacture these from round bars, tubes, plates, sheets, forgings, ring rolling, centrifugal castings, continuous castings, etc.
